Massage Therapy

Massage uses the manipulation of soft tissue and joints to prevent and decreased tension, pain, and physical dysfunction. Useful to manage headaches, muscle/joint pain or tension, acute and chronic injuries, stress, anxiety, and limited flexibility. Massage is also helpful with improving sleep, circulation, recovery time after workouts, and overall wellness!


Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists focus on both prevention and rehabilitation. Treatment can be for problems caused by injury, disease or disability. Seek physiotherapy for acute or chronic pain, postural dysfunction, mobility limitations, injury prevention, and improving quality of life. Useful for issues relating to bone, joint, muscles, ligaments, and nerves.


Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is a unique blend of acupressure, stretching, and deep tissue massage techniques. You will remain clothed during treatment, and the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked.

Adam obtained his Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at the University of Waterloo with particular focus on chemistry, cellular biology, and genetics. After joining the PhD program at the University of Waterloo, he discovered his passion for helping people and decided to take a more direct approach by becoming an RMT.

Adam’s kind and understanding nature, combined with his deep knowledge of the biological sciences, drives him to uncover the root of his clients’ issues. He strives not only to treat his clients’ immediate concerns, but also the underlying conditions to speed recovery and prevent recurrence. Adam is a passionate, client-focused massage therapist dedicated to furthering the health and wellness goals of all his clients.

Although he gives a great head, neck, and shoulder massage, Adam has a particular interest working with athletes and addressing muscle imbalances/injuries in the pelvis, hips, and legs.

In his free time, Adam enjoys hiking, canoeing, reading, board game design, and spending time with his family.

Pooja completed her Bachelor’s degree of Physiotherapy in India where she discovered her passion for musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, along with women’s health physiotherapy.

After working as a Physiotherapist in India she moved to Canada to further her studies and built a stronger foundation with time as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Physiotherapy Resident before continuing as a Physiotherapist. Pooja has completed the fitness and health promotions course at Georgian College, as well as The Physical Therapy approach to anyone experiencing Urinary incontinence Level 1 from Pelvic Health Solutions. 

Pooja takes an active approach to therapy while helping her clients feel empowered in their recovery. She treats every client and their injury as unique and tailors each session to the individual using manual therapy and exercise prescription.

In her free time, Pooja stays active with yoga, hiking, and traveling. She cherishes her time in nature and enjoys the sunshine. Pooja is multilingual and speaks Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Erin brings over 20 years of experience to her practice, combining a strong foundation in Kinesiology with advanced training in acupuncture, cupping, ultrasound, and sports injury management.

Her holistic approach focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, ensuring that every client receives care tailored to their unique needs. Erin’s treatment style blends mobility work, deep tissue and sports massage, therapeutic techniques, and relaxation, allowing her to address both acute injuries and long-term wellness goals.

Known for her thoughtful and client-centered approach, Erin takes the time to listen, assess, and design individualized treatment plans that support recovery, improve function, and promote overall well-being.

Wan was born and raised in Thailand, in a rural community that practiced traditional Thai healing such as Thai Massage and Herbal Compresses. This gives Wan life long experience in Traditional Thai healing. She spent 10 years in Thailand studying and enhancing her knowledge by attending Thai Spa and Thai Massage schools, along with practicing her skills in Thai Massage.

Wan moved to Canada 6 years ago where she furthered her studies in Toronto and received a certificate in Thai Massage and became a member of the Traditional Thai Massage Association of Ontario.

She has taken her studies to the next level by becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Wan loves being a Thai Practitioner because she loves using nature and traditional methods of healing. She also loves cooking Thai food, listening to music, and exercising.

Kashyap is a Resident Physiotherapist who combines international training with Canadian clinical experience to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care.

He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at SPB Physiotherapy College in India, where he built a strong academic and clinical foundation across hospitals, clinics, and fitness settings. After moving to Canada, he further expanded his expertise through the Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant diploma program at Sault College, gaining valuable skills in rehabilitation support and collaborative care. Over the years, Kashyap has worked in diverse settings — including long-term care, private clinics, and in-home therapy — supporting patients of all ages and abilities.

His experience spans therapeutic exercise, soft tissue techniques, mobility training, and patient education, always with a focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve quality of life. Anie graduated from Trios College and brings a warm, attentive presence to every treatment. She uses her active listening skills to customize care that supports each client’s unique goals, whether that means easing physical discomfort or promoting relaxation through skilled therapeutic touch. ​

She is especially passionate about relaxation focused massage that helps calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Her treatments can leave you feeling at ease, both physically and mentally using her heating pads for hands and her training in Hot Stone Massage. While her focus is on gentle, restorative treatments, she is experienced in addressing a variety of joint and soft tissue concerns. 

Anie believes in making massage therapy accessible and supportive for everyone, she is interested in working with vulnerable populations, including pregnant women and children. Her goal is always to create a safe, calming space where each client feels cared for and supported on their wellness journey.

Jessica a dedicated RMT who takes the time to truly listen to her clients and design treatment plans that keep their goals at the center. She combines her knowledge of anatomy with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, working through affected muscles to achieve the best results in each session. Jessica has a particular interest in treating the neck and shoulders, as well as helping those who struggle with tension headaches.

Her background as a Physiotherapy Assistant also allows her to confidently share stretches and exercises, supporting clients in achieving longer-lasting relief.

Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and expressing her creativity through art.
